The House System and Senior Prefects
The House system is what brings students together across the different year groups. Read on to find out more about our six Houses, the latest House Point totals, the women each House represents, and the 12 students elected as their Heads of House.
Our Sixth Formers are role models for the rest of the school, leading by example and working together to ensure the voice of every student at Becky High is heard. The wide variety of Senior Prefect roles on offer means students can choose the position that plays best to their strengths. All roles enable students to develop skills and gain experience in key areas including organisation, addressing large groups, driving change, and harnessing their passions – skills that will enable them to go on to leadership roles in the future and allows them to become confident, resilient individuals.

I am very excited to take on this role, and help continue the Blossom Legacy. I chose the role because I want to make the Blossom Programme much more accessible to students around the school, as well as provide support for both tutor and tutee. I am really passionate about helping everyone here, and I am organised so you will never be out of the loop! I also hope I can be someone that the younger years see as friendly and approachable!

Hi, I'm Radhika and I'm one of the new Blossom prefects alongside Lauren!
I'm excited to take on this role to continue creating a lasting legacy for the Blossom tutoring program, created by the previous Blossom prefects, and I hope to do this by making it more accessible to students.
I hope to do this by putting up QR codes around the school directing people straight to the sign-up form, removing the hassle of going through the VLE and maybe even having a meeting every month, where tutors can come if they are struggling or if they'd like to share tips. I am passionate about helping people and am organised so I will always strive to keep everyone involved in the Blossom tutoring program up to date.
A little bit about me: My A levels are Maths, Physics, Graphics and Computer Science. Outside of school, I love to do karate, draw digital illustrations and solve weird Rubik's cubes.
Hi, my name is Anna and I am doing Psychology, Chemistry and Biology at A level and an EPQ. I'm very excited to take on the role of Careers Prefect alongside Ananya. I work at a sports club where I have learnt leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, all of which I will utilise in this role.

I wanted to take on this role as I believe mental health and wellbeing is incredibly important and should be emphasised especially at a school like ours with such high achieving students.
